Vietnam Veterans of America, Big Bend Chapter # 96 will be hosting our 5th Annual re-creation of the original reading of the Declaration of Independence in Philadelphia, Pa. by Benjamin Franklin on Thursday morning July 4, 2019 at 9:00 AM. An educational experience for the entire family and a great way to start your holiday festivities by remembering the way our Country started some 243 years ago with the document that would become the foundation for the Free World.
